MEETING OTHER IKEBANISTS - One of the reasons I like to do workshops abroad is to meet other ikebanists. Meeting them gives me new ideas and inspires me. Also the plants and green material are different what gives challenges, but I like to take risks once in a while.
THEME & FEEDBACK - The theme of the workshops is always decided in mutual agreement with the organizers. After a short demonstration and explanation, the participants make their own arrangement. Each arrangement is commented on, and Ilse takes her time for each arrangement. Therefore the number of participants is usually limited to maximum 60.
